Education, mentoring & leadership for township youth
Imizamo Yethu is a small township located in Hout Bay, near Cape Town. In 1/10th of a square mile, many of the 35,000 residents live in metal sheds and squatter houses, with dismal to no water facilities, a few shared toilets, and limited safe access to electricity. Poverty and gang violence affect many in the township - particularly boys and young men.
